1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Full Refunds (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most of our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

- You have not downloaded more than 20% of the downloadable resources

1.2 Partial Refunds
